All shipping costs include the post and the packaging costs. You can check all costs after choosing how you would like the order to be delivered to you. All Finnish orders are delivered by the Finnish Post services, EU and rest of the world with DHL Express.

DHL Express is a fast and reliable courier service. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, DHL Express has excelled in delivery times across the world. We offer DHL Express delivery for free on all international orders over 50!

These are the delivery times DHL Express guarantees:
- The EU: 1 - 2 working days
- Rest of the world: 2 - 4 working days

You might get your package even faster. If you make your order before noon in the EU, it’s likely that the package will arrive the next day!

Returns and exchanges

The customer has the 14 day right for exchange or return by the Finnish consumer protection law. The right for returns includes only products in original packages and merchantable, in a good condition.

2. Drop it off. Go to a Posti service point and use our customer return number 654790 - your return is on us!
3. Wait. Allow a few days for your return to reach us.

2. Attach your return label. We’ve included it inside.
3. Send it off. Find your nearest service point from locator.dhl.com, or order a courier to pick  up your return from your local My DHL+ website. Your return is on us!
4. Wait. Allow a few days for your return to reach us.

If the product has gone missing during the delivery, flawed or the customer gets the wrong product it should be informed by the customer immediately to info@houseofhorses.fi or by mail to the address below:

The inform about an incorrect delivery or a wrong, missing or flawed product has to be made in 14 days from receiving the product. If the package has damaged in mail, the appeal should be made immediately directly to the Post. We are not responsible in the case of any force majeure.
