The shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your total purchase amount. The excact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout.

Orders will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link (sender name: Matkahuolto, GLS, UPS). Depending on the courier, the link might not be active within the first 2 business days.

All Finnish orders are delivered by the Matkahuolto, EU with GLS / UPS and rest of the world with UPS.

In case your order has been delivery to an access point, please make sure to collect your package in time, to prevent it to be returned to us. If your package is return to us, freight expenses will be deducted from the amount credited to you.
