General terms and conditions

1. Registration and use of the network

When placing an order, you can register as a customer, if you wish, and you agree to the inclusion of your personal data in our customer register. Registration is done with a valid e-mail address and a password chosen by the customer. You may also choose to join our VIP Club by indicating your interest in receiving newsletters and information about offers by e-mail. By doing so, you agree that we collect your contact details in our VIP customer register. The customer must protect their IDs and passwords carefully at all times, as the customer is personally responsible for all purchases made using the customer's username and password.

By using House of Vision Ltd's online service, shop or registering with our customer register, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our customer register:

-Accept House of Vision Ltd's General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
-Use our online shop in accordance with these general terms and conditions.
To accept the general terms and conditions of the use of our website, -To be responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us. We reserve the right not to deliver an order due to incomplete personal data, credit information or other similar issues.
- To place an order in our online store, you must be at least 18 years old, and not a dependent. Persons under 18 years of age may only order with the consent of a guardian.

2. Product information and availability

We aim to keep up-to-date and correct product and availability information in our online shop. If a product ordered is out of stock despite the balance indicated in the online shop, we will inform the customer immediately. If the product is no longer available, we will refund the full price paid by the customer.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, indicating the order number and the details of the products ordered. On the order confirmation page, you will see the total amount of your purchase, including taxes and delivery charges. Once the order has been delivered, the customer will receive a delivery confirmation by email.

3. Prices, delivery charges and taxes

The prices of the online shop are in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT, but exclude any delivery or handling charges. Delivery and handling charges and any related VAT or other taxes will be indicated in the online shop during the ordering process and in the order confirmation. Sub-prices are clearly indicated separately for each product.

For orders from outside the EU, please contact our customer service by e-mail: info@houseofhorses.fi. Please note that if you order from outside the EU, you will be responsible for any customs or other official charges in addition to the postage costs we quote.

The prices indicated apply only to orders placed in our online shop. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear and substantial price error in the order placed. This means that if, for example, the price is indicated as EUR 0 or if the price differs significantly from the normal price of the product, the customer can be deemed to have understood that there was an error.

4. Delivery

If the product you have ordered is in stock, our estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.

House of Vision Ltd is not liable for any delay, damage or delay in delivery caused by force majeure beyond its control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, disruption of public transport or energy supply, war, natural disasters, import and export bans, industrial action, staff sickness, governmental decisions, factory staff and equipment problems, delayed product deliveries from our suppliers, or any other similar activity or situation that impedes or hinders the operation of House of Vision, such as death, illness or other minor or humanly justifiable disruption.

If the force majeure continues for more than three months, both you and House of Vision have the right to terminate the distance selling contract without compensation or other penalty.

GLS (only for deliveries outside Finland).

DHL (only for deliveries outside Finland)

Normal delivery time in Finland is 2-4 working days depending on the delivery method from the moment the order is packed and the customer receives the delivery confirmation.

For deliveries outside Finland, the delivery time varies from 3 to 10 working days depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method.

The provisional delivery date for products on pre-sale is always indicated separately on the product pages.
Payment for a pre-sale product purchased online will be charged immediately upon ordering, even if the product arrives 1-2 months later. The right of return will be activated once you have collected your product. All pre-sale products have a 14-day return period, from the moment the product arrives.

5. Terms of payment

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement of account or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the trade and other obligations it determines itself. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online shop directly from which the product was ordered.

Bank payments

You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpank, Osuuspank, POP-pank, S-pank, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Your statement will show Paytrail Plc as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online shop, you will be redirected directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards. The online shop uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.

You can also use the card payment options offered by Shopify Payments and Paytrail.

If you paid for your order using a Paytrail card payment, Paytrail will appear as the payee on the card invoice and will forward the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. The card payment is made securely via a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.

Payment by invoice/payment by instalment

If you wish, you can choose to pay for your order by Walley invoice / instalment, in which case the products will be delivered to you first. Walley will send you an invoice by email on the day of your order, with a 30-day payment period. The finance company will add its own billing surcharge (3,9€) to the order. Please note that also when paying by invoice, the verification of identity is done with online banking credentials.

6. Exchanges and returns


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us as a free customer refund. We have a 14-day return period, counting from the time you receive your package. You must fill in the return form that came with your shipment and follow the return instructions on it. The product to be returned must be carefully packed. The right of return is valid provided that the product is unused and the sales packaging is still in saleable condition.

You do not need to inform us of the return, just follow the instructions below:

1. fill in the return form underneath the receipt that came with your order, cut it out and slip it in with the products to be returned.
2. Take the package to a Matkahuolto customer service point, NOTE: not to a parcel machine. Tell the counter our Matkahuolto return code: 9560600
3. Keep the Matkahuolto receipt of the shipment until you have received notification from us that your return has been processed. You will find a customer return tracking code on the receipt, which you may need if your return does not reach us within the normal delivery time.

You will receive an automatic message from us when your return has been processed. We will refund the price of your returned products directly through the payment method you used to place your order. If you returned all products, we will also refund the shipping costs.

If the order is returned to us uncollected, we will contact the customer immediately. We will be happy to resend the order if the customer so wishes, but if we do not receive a reply from the customer within 5 working days, we will cancel the order and charge 16,90€ for the uncollected parcel and handling costs. The costs will be deducted from the amount of the order to be returned.


If the product you ordered was not to your liking or suitable, you can exchange it for another size or product. Please mark the products to be exchanged on the form and indicate below which product and size you wish to exchange. Attach the form to the package and return it to us following the instructions above. You will receive an automatic email from us once your exchange has been processed and the new product has been sent to you.

We offer one free exchange per order.

7. Reclamation

It is the customer's responsibility to check the content, condition and quantity of the delivered order as soon as the order is received. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product you have ordered or if you have received the wrong products, please contact our customer service immediately by e-mail: info@houseofhorses.fi.

We will not accept any claims for natural wear and tear of the product, nor if the product has been used or washed contrary to our instructions. We reserve the right to deliver a new product in the first instance and ultimately to cancel the transaction and refund the payment.

Please return the faulty product in accordance with our returns policy. Once we have received your returned product, we will either exchange it for a new product or refund the price of the product. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

8. Promotions and discounts

All promotions and discount codes for reduced prices are valid for a limited period only and may be subject to special conditions. Discount codes or coupons apply to standard prices and discount codes may be limited to certain products or product groups.

The discount code to be used must be entered during the checkout process prior to payment of the order and no refund will be given if the customer forgets to enter the discount code before submitting the order.

Only one promotional or discount code can be used per order. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined. Promotions and discount codes apply only to new orders and cannot be used retroactively.

9. Modification of terms and conditions

House of Vision Ltd reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions and other terms and conditions applicable to the online store, such as its customer return and privacy policy and prices.

The updated terms will apply to orders placed after the date of entry into force of the new terms. By ordering products, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and at the same time agrees to the use of their personal data and cookies in accordance with House of Vision Ltd's privacy policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

House of Vision Ltd's online shop and your distance selling contract are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. We will follow the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
