After more than fifteen years in the wellness industry and having taught hundreds of group fitness classes, I can say that I am already a complete expert when it comes to leggings and their fit. and let’s be honest, I’ve made more than a few disappointing purchases over the years. The fabric wasn’t right, the fit wasn’t there, or they just didn’t hold up in real life.

So when I started running House of Horses Helsinki, one of my very first missions was clear:
